I purchased two pairs of Magnaloux GL3 binoculars for birdwatching which are absolutely excellent; the images are sharp and clear. Your website is precise and easy to use and I have never experienced customer service like yours, in that I ordered online in the morning, an hour later my wife received an e-mail from yourselves asking 'would we be home that same afternoon?' as you could deliver in person. Sure enough someone turned up with the items that same day and returned the cost of postage. We were both quite shocked. I am sure people will read this and not believe it, but it’s 100% true. Fantastic service guys, I have recommended you to everyone I know and would most certainly use you again. In these times of financial hardship and misery it warms the heart to know that there is someone like yourselves operating out there!
