I purchased two pairs of Magnaloux GL3 binoculars for birdwatching which are absolutely excellent; the images are sharp and clear. Your website is precise and easy to use and I have never experienced customer service like yours, in that I ordered online in the morning, an hour later my wife received an e-mail from yourselves asking 'would we be home that same afternoon?' as you could deliver in person. Sure enough someone turned up with the items that same day and returned the cost of postage. We were both quite shocked. I am sure people will read this and not believe it, but it’s 100% true. I must say the LC2 series which are nitrogen filled were fantastic! I packed a pair on one of my trips to Botswana and it proved to be a worthwhile investment as it weighs so little, so if you are lugging heavy bags, there is no reason why you cannot take this little beauty with you. I would strongly recommend the LC2's as a personal favourite.

Following your advice I purchased the Magnaloux LC2 8X42. I have nothing but praise for the product which served me well not only in the game reserves in South Africa and viewing the Whales in Hermanus, but also at the races, bird watching etc. I was frequently asked by fellow guests if they could use them whilst I was taking stills and video and received only good comments. The customer service was exemplary and the personal return call from you much appreciated. The binoculars arrived in good time to give me a chance to get used to them.
